Each cargo with final destination Luanda should be covered by an E-CTN also known as CNCA.
Shippers / Forwarders are requested to follow the imposed procedure by the official authorities to avoid any difficulty or penalty upon clearing the goods at destination.
- Bill of Lading (Final B/L for validation – stamped copy)
- Commercial invoice / Freight invoice
- DU document (Documento Único Provisório) provided by importer
- Cargo arriving to POD without a valid waiver or with false information on it can be charged with hefty fines by the local authorities
